Tr6060

Question, I have a chance to buy a tr6060 trans off a 2010 Camaro low mileage. Will this bolt on to an LS6 without modifications?

It will bolt up just fine. The bell housing and midplate on that trans is all one piece... unlike the earlier F-body T56 transmissions. You can run a twin disk ZR1 clutch in this trans. Its a little longer also. You will probably want to run a Magnum tail housing on it as well. I was going to run this combo in my 70 camaro and bought a Magnum instead. Im always trying different ways to make these transmissions more user friendly in our old cars. I have some pics of the camaro tr6060 with magnum tail housing if you wants to see what it looks like.

Here you go...this is a 2010 camaro TR6060 with a Magnum tail housing. Its actually a empty case I was using for mock up in my 70 camaro.
