SOLD!
Up for sale is an all-aluminum high-performance radiator for a first gen Camaro, made in the USA by Superior radiators. This is the slightly wider big-block size. It has 2 1-inch wide rows and also has a built-in transmission cooler(although an external trans cooler is recommended in high performance applications). It's all tig-welded with no epoxy used. I used this for my 490HP ZZ454 for about 3800 miles and I absolutely never had a heating issue with the car. I ran it with a stock BB fan shroud and mechanical 7-blade flex fan, but you could of course run it with a electric fan setup. It's still in great condition with only few minor scuffs from road debris and handling. I did have to massage the passenger-side mounting holes a bit to get it to line up perfectly with the mounting points on my original core support. It's never had any repairs, and still looks nearly new inside and out. The fins could probably use a good washing/cleaning before installation to get it looking absolutely new again if that's important to you.
Comes with the polished billet aluminum cap.
I have already packaged this radiator with double foam for extra protection(see last photo). Shipping would be by UPS ground, total package weight is 27lbs and dimensions are 36"x25"x13".
I paid $366 for this radiator about 4 years ago. My price is $200 plus shipping. Shipping will be calculated based upon your zip code.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
Thanks,
Chris
