Looks good, that will be a great paint scheme on your car. Are you still going to put "illusion" on the car. If so, you could ghost it on the side of the cowl or ghost it on the spoiler.

T/Y No I will not be putting "ILLUSION" on the car. This is pretty much the official paint scheme. The only thing that may change are will be the design of the flames at the rear of the car. I also edited the first pic with some subtle line changes. The front of the orange line will come to a point as shown above. Also the flames will run up onto the rear spoiler just a little bit.

Adam, The rendering looks great, I can't wait to see pics of the project complete!! I really like the two-tone with the belt line, I planned on something similar on my Nova. The only thing I would do different on yours is to start your flame forward into the radius alittle more,I think it fills that void in and makes things look more symmetrical. I will be doing the same with the Nova. Just my opinion.

Dave thanks for the feedback. I cant wait to see how your nova turns out! Make sure to give me a heads up when you do it. I still have to decide exactly how I am going to do the flames at the rear. Your right it has to flow with the camaros hips in order for it to look right. I think it is close but not perfect yet. My flames will also roll up onto the rear spoiler just a little. Can you PM me with some pics of your nova?

Looks good  .

David
Thank you. :)

At a $100 a pop he'll get a ton of business.

That is exactly what I thouht too. Hes a great guy, extremely fast, and if he keeps his price at $100.00 he will be very very busy. I believe he works for HOK and he designed their wheel program. I have been waiting a couple years to find someone affordable to do a render for me. This was the answer.

Looks killer! I just replied in your other thread where you had pics of it. I cant wait to see how it will look with this paint job. You should talk to Carter about a render of it. :unibrow:

Adam,Thanks,Yes I would like to have a rendering of the car,I'm not 100% sure of the color combo yet.My three choices are in order are, 1) Black/HOK Limetime green. 2) HOK Tangelo Orange/Silver. 3) Black. Still undecided. When are you expecting to have your car complete? Will you be attending any shows this year?

With the name "Vennom" I personally would go with the HOK Limetime green. That would fit your project perfectly and would be another way to set it apart from all of the orange cars that seem to be coming out. Dont go just straight black. Black is just too bland in most peoples eyes. For one thing it hides most of the body lines. It would look good but I really think the black/green would be wicked!! :wow: You could also have Carter do all 3 combos. Im sure he would do them for the same price. I still vote for the black/green combo. Even your signature screams GREEN.:D
I will be at both Gingerman events this year in South Haven Michigan. I will also attend the Woodward power tour like I have the last 2 years. I will paint my car for sure this year im just not exactly sure when. I wont want to tear it apart in the summer. So if I dont get it done before summer then it will have to wait until after summer.

Hey, I have been kicking around the Idea of attending the woodward cruise myself, my wife has relatives in Warren, I thought maybe I could take the family out and spend a couple of days there and head out to the cruise. We usally go out and stay on Labor Day weekend, but we just might change things up this year.

Out of all the car shows, parades, power tour, local shows, etc. I would say that Woodward is the best one of them all. I think the estimate is 50,000 cars or something like that. Never a dull moment at woodward. :unibrow:  We stay on the outer part of town where we can drive most of the day. The first year I broke a few minor engine parts having so much fun out there. Last year it rained. Hopefully we can meet up with some members from this site or the pro-touring site.

Lets keep in contact, I will put you on my buddy list, I have chated with a couple of other guys from the site that will be attending also, so maybe when it gets closer we could get a chance for a handful of members to meet, that would be neat. Also going to Goodguys Columbus this year .
