I picked up a set of older style corvette ZR1 wheels, i think they were on some camaros as well. They are 17x9.5 how much work will it take to get these on a stock 68 camaro. I am still in the building stage and have not firgured out my front or rear suspension, so i am very much open. let me know what my best approach is. thank you

You will need at lease some +1inch wheel adapter's.

Yup, you will need adapters. This thread should be able to get you in the right direction http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=16071

What I did with my Nova: http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=15645&page=2

I run the C4 ZR1 on mine in 17x8 front and 17x11 rears. I run 2-3/8" wheel adapters on the front (stock subframe).

With the 17x9.5 fronts I assume you'd run a 275 tires on there, which will be tricky to fit on the front without rubbing and you will most definitely compromise some turning radius with a stock subframe, if that matters to you.
