Sold!!!
This motor was purchased roughly two years ago for my 69 Camaro project. I have yet to start or run this combo as my project is far from complete. I have turned the motor over by hand and used a drill to pump oil through the motor every month or so to try and keep the motor fresh.
I cannot prove the rwhp as I don't have any paperwork that came with the motor. I have cleaned and painted most all parts on the motor including having the headers recoated. This is a “complete” pull out including all front accessories water pump, alternator, power steering pump and reservoir, pulleys, starter, motor and frame mounts (fits 67-69 Camaro) and headers also for 67-69 Camaro.
This is the original listing from when I purchased the motor.
Procharged 434 BBC, 586 rwhp
434 longblock originally built by Golen's Engine Service in NH, purpose built for the D1SC Procharger setup. Idles nice with a slight blower whine, has torque all day and then some. Has about 4400 miles on it, with a few passes at the track.
Longblock Specs: GM steel crank, GM forged rods with ARP bolts, 8.5:1 JE blower pistons/rings, Comp cams hydraulic 233/237 /114 blower cam, ported factory closed chamber oval port heads with Manley 2.19/1.88 valves. Comp magnum rockers, cloyes timing chain, melling high volume pump, BHJ balancer.
Intake- Edelbrock RPM-O, with a BG 800 Demon, Aeromotive fuel regulator. Extreme Velocity carb hat (I have a shorter one if you need it).
Exhaust- coated Hooker Super comp headers. Obviously, they are only designed to fit 67-69 BBC F-bodies.
Ignition- All MSD: distributor, 6A box, coil, etc.
Supercharger- recently overhauled (by ATI) D1SC, with an SDCE bracket & tensioner kit (these are NOT cheap). Currently setup to make 10psi, with a street bypass valve, but I have a Procharger adjustable 'race' valve that will allow you to go higher if needed. Extra SC fluid also included.
