What is the best way to remove seam sealer? My car has a ton on it.
Thanks,
Jon

To keep the mess to a minimum I'd try to cut it with good sturdy putty knife and remove the rest with wire wheel. You can also use torch to heat it up and most of the time it comes right off with a putty knife
You should never heat seam sealer with a torch the out gas is very bad for you, stick with a utility knife and a scraper for the heavy stuff, then wire wheel or a crud buster tool is your best bet

Wearing appropriate attire and mask can greatly decrease potential health risk ,lol and heat gun will work too. Not everyone can afford $400 tool just for removing undercoating and seam sealer.
