i have gotten around to the firewall side of the car and wanting to fill in almost all the holes that are currently in the firewall. I just want to make sure i am able to do that before moving forward. THe plan for now is to just keep the steering and brake holes and fill everything else up (with be an automatic) So here is a pic of the firewall does anyone see/know of any of them that i can't fill?

the only correct answer is "Whatever you're not using" :)

There's a few decisions that you'll need to make along the way to determine what you can fill.

The first few I can think of when looking at this picture:
Are you using a manual or electronic throttle?
Do you want the trim tag on the firewall?
Are you using a stock style or aftermarket wiring harness?

The best way of going about it is determining what the holes are for and if you'll need it. If you find a Factory Assembly manual you can quickly determine what they are.

your "whatever your not using" comment is exactly what i was thinking.....not planning on using any of them really.

sorry forgot to mention all of that. Will be aftermarket wiring harness (AAW/painless/etc). Manual throttle "cable" but will probably change to a link setup. trim tag is already gone. vintage air ac.

I am planning on filling all the holes but the 2 i mentioned b/c i don't see a need for the rest, but just wanted to double check i wasn't missing something

you need the wiper hole as well.

Depending on what harness you are using you can cover that hole as well.... Classic update will reuse that hole but a Hwy22 or universal will not. You could hide it

On my camaro I covered EVERY hole except the steering column and the 2 fender bolt holes.

Thanks John that was my plan but just wanted some confirmation before doing so........more like reassurance so i don't have to "undo" my work down the road.
