Looks like one of those Nigerian offshore scams. He took the photos from another listing. Once he gets your $2,900...he's gone. I would bet he will take at least one person on this scam. I am sure his goal is to rake in two or three buyers.

Its sad, but the scams work because people are greedy thinking they can swoop in and steal the car at this outrageous low price.

Nice to know they still love my car in Nigeria.. Was it the blue or orange car?

I think the blue one is one of the most popular for scams.. I should get some sort of trophy..

I just got this email today.. see, people really do think you can buy a $60k car for only $6k..

Hi, I found your 1969 Camaro for sale on ebay. I am located in Norway, this looks very interesting, but I have some questions:

First of all, where’s the car located?
Next - the price - $6.600,- for the “buy it now”, is that correct?
I’ve noticed that on some of the links that was listed in the information about the car, there were a different mail-adress than the one at ebay? What ‘s the right one?
Is it your car or are you selling it for someone else?
If you could give me any more relevant information about the car, in addition to the info at ebay, I would appreciate that.
The car looks like it is in great shape, is that correct? Are there anything wrong with the car that you would know about?
How’s the engine, brakes and transmission working?
Would it be possible to have a look at the car prior to buying, or at least have someone else/ a third party to check it out?
Would it be possible having it shipped to Norway, or possible Sweden (Gotenbourgh).

Thank you for taking time to answer my questions

Best regards

Christian Stensby
