How do you remove all this stuff from a 68 Camaro without taking a grinder and cutting it in half? I don't have the key to the ignition so I can't move the ignition to the accessory position and take a paper clip in the back and remove it. Any recommendations?

There are special sockets for removing those at most parts stores

Thanks for the response. By any chance do you know what size and type of sockets I need to remove the ignition, headlight controls, and cigarette lighter from the dash?

They are specialty sockets. No specific size, they have little tangs on the end for removing the bezels. They usually have kits with about four different ones and will do just about any bezel on most dashes

if you don't have the key you'll have to cut the lock cylinder out. I wouldn't use a slide hammer as it may damage your dash.
The head lamp switch has a spring loaded button on one face of the switch itself. push it in pull your head lamp knob, release the button and the knob should come out. Then you can use the sockets. I've use needle nose pliers in the past.

Use A drill and drill out the cylinder.Drill large enough to remove most of the tumblers and the use a pick to get the rest of the tumblers out and then it will rotate to remove. The release for the headlight switch knob in on the inside part of switch behind the dash. Its a little button feel around you will find it. push it in pull knob out.
