Does anyone make a short master cylinder (dual resevoir) thats about 4 3/4 from the mounting flange to the end or less?

Space is tight and I dont really want to change over to a Wilwood or tilton tandem setup if I can help it.

Not much room between the firewall and back of the valve cover so I'm kinda limited

a dual master set-up with a balance bar, yes Wilwood makes the short masters with about an 1 inch throw.

If you are speaking of a tandum style, I do not know of anyone doing that.

You could probably move the master over and use a linkage like this.

Peter is doing a 69 and the master was moved over and he is using a link like this.

Have you looked at a Viper master? Paul at Hydratech got me one for the Chevelle to gain exhaust clearance. It was at least an inch shorter than the GM style masters. Not sure of the overall length though.

Payton I am using a similar setup for the clutch already (not off set like that) but off setting the brake master would help out a ton so maybe a combo of both would be the ticket.

I will check that out Jody.

Thanks!
