This 55 is being built by Dominator Street Rods in Tracy California. They are also building my 1967 Chevelle Police Tribute Car. They do amazing work.

I've seen some of their work...looks like you're in good hands.

Great job with the lens Skip, thank you very much.

Thanks Sieg but its Dave Lindsay.

Also, he updated the Friday album and it includes the AMBR winner.

That Torino is just amazing.

The labels on the valve covers are kinda funny....

"Hear Ye! Lest no one be confused, this car belongs to George Poteet, was built by Rad Rides, it is a 1969 Torino, and is Boss-Powered!"

I guess that will make answering newbie questions at car shows a bit easier, just point to the valve covers, LOL!

Ya know -- I hate to say it and sound like an ass -- but it really wasn't worth taking a picture of. It was just a stock looking - dog dish capped black '56... and the only thing that was kool was the modern Ford power plant... The paint wasn't anything special... the interior was pretty stock looking... And I'm not saying the car wasn't cool because it is... it just didn't make you want to grab your camera and snap all kinds of pics.

Greg I totally agree 100% with you. Its ashame that they put them dog dish wheels on it. I was just curious because its pretty similar to the car we are building and nice to see what it turned out like

Tyler --- It was real nice --- quality build... solid... and the ultimate sleeper build... just not "holy crap that's cool" and at a show like that - there's so many cars you're just drooling all over.

There is an unimpressive pic of it in the GNRS links I posted.

Likely you saw it unfinished in Hot Rod last year, but if not...
