I'm looking to build a nice handling/riding street car. I dont go to the track but do drive it hard on occasion. I installed Ridetech's tubular control arms and coilovers in the front and now need ideas for the rear. Has anyone installed a IRS on 1st gen caamaros? I was looking at Ford's 8.8 center but dont know how to make everything fit. Is it worth looking into this or should I stick with Ridetech and go with their Airbar with coilovers?

Wayne Due made a bracket kit for around $1000 that made a mostly bolt in from a C4 Vette, however Wayne Due is out if business. There has been a few threads on Lateral-g and ProTouring that detail some builds, try searching for "Wayne Due Camaro" and "IRS" or "C4" and see what comes up.

I looked into this before I got the Chassisworks g-link, and on one of those threads someone was willing to duplicate the brackets. Sorry, your going to need search the archives and maybe even google on that one if you are inclined to go that route.

Found one thread....
