i like it. the grill looks good. i would make it only two single lights. that way people really have to look to notice it is custom. but it looks good that way also. why a v10 and not a ls9 to keep it all gm?

Thanks, we're using Challenger headlights to kind of resemble the GMC front end. The owner seriously considered a LS9 but decided on the V-10 instead. He wanted something different that hasn't been done.
love it
Thanks

What trim? The rear of the truck is getting close to being finished. A few more bars and we'll be able to mount the bed.

The floor fit pretty good. The holes for the A-pillar and B-pillar didn't line up very good. Just be sure and measure everything twice before you cut the floor out and weld the new floor in. If you have any questions during the install give me a call. Thanks

One more thing to remember when you replace the floor. The 67' cab floor is different than the new floors. The 67's have two big inner "L" shape braces at the rear of the cab that attach to the back of the cab. The new floors have a small bracket for the rear cab mounts. Be sure to remove the small brackets from the new floor or you'll have alignment issues.

Awesome build.. Looks very nice
Thanks for the great deal on the engine! We're fitting the front sheet metal, installing the new headlights and building a new custom grill. I'm also thinking about cutting the hood to look similar to the Viper hood. :D More pics...

I'll try to post a quick video in the next couple of weeks. I use a 3" 36grit Carbo Fire disc. It has alot to do with your grinding technique. Thanks

i saw the pics on 67-72, where are those seats from? i got a under the bed tank coming and need a thinner seat. 6'5" dont equal comfy with stock interior. i got a budnik wheel coming also already. i am hitting the local salvage places looking for a 88-98 bench seat but i like the look of the seats you have in the truck.

The seats are from a Corvette. I'm 6'1" and the seats are very comfortable for me. They set just right for the truck. Not to high and not to low in the cab. Sounds like you have a nice project started, be sure to post pics!

only one i got right now. its cooler in person than the pics. not your truck kind of cool, but i like it. the body is straight and the drivetrain is new, so i am good to stock pile parts for a few months and then do all the new stuff at once. i like the old school paint on it. i am sure i will change it one day though. gets alot of thumbs up though. i will post up the pics when the tear down begins. i know a 572 is going in for sure.
