Would you consider a 68 camaro? I have a super good car to start with! I have about $7500 worth of new parts for the car, has tubular DSE upper and lowers, rack n pinion steering, smooth firewall, DSE leaf spring setup, ready to paint. I have new interior kit, dash pad, kick panels, bumpers, taillights, grille, moldings, inner and outer door handles, regulators, 4wheel disc kit, spoilers, etc all brand new in boxes. Car is rolling and has a set of 18" grey center torq thrust style wheel with Nitto's on it... I will take 10k for it as is rolling. Almost everything needed to finish the car is brand new in the box. If not, I have a friend that has a rust free original panel 69 camaro that already has the DSE minitubs with it as well as the narrowed DSE (LS) gas tank. Factory hugger orange rally sport car. He wants 12k for it. PM if interested and I will reply with phone numbers. Thanks Jonathan

After seeing what you did with the Sunoco '69 I'd love to see something a little more extreme.
Maybe something like Bob Owen's '69.

Or maybe even a '69 with an old school 302 ci small block with a cross ram, 15" wheels, your subframe, tubbed to fit 10" wide wheels with the widest Good year slicks you could fit.

Bob brought that thing out to a NASA event many years ago. I really liked it. If you see that car in person you could see the quality workmanship.

It is a full on race car though and not for everybody........ NASCAR cage and engine, full tube chassis, and the whole nine yards of safety equipment not to mention the NASCAR wheels and tires.

Yep, the shop said Bob barely ever runs it anymore... he runs his Z06 all the time now. Bummer.
