my problem is when im driving my gauge(auto meter elec) is going from 25- 40 but when i come to a stop it goes to 5-15 i just installed a solid lift cam and a tko 600 i have a 383 stroker and it only has 300 miles it .help please :_paranoid

First thing to do is verify that your gauge is correct by getting another mechanical (preferably) gauge to try.
What was the pressure before the cam swap? Does it sound like it's running correctly?

im not sure what the presure was and it feels like the motor is holding back like it trying to hard to get the power not free flowing power
whats your RPM at idle ?
while driving your RPM will be higher thus the oil pressure will be higher aswell.
also if you changed cam and didnt change oil after cam break in the assembly lube tends to make the oil run thick.
I suggest changing oil and filter then see if that helped.
