Has anyone ever had a bad squeak coming from their Vari-Shock coil over? I have lubed the complete rear suspension with PB poly bushing lube and still have a loud squeak on every bump. It seems to get worse the longer you drive it.

Are you using a thrust bearing and washers between your adjuster and the spring itself? As the spring is compressed it must rotate around the shock body to keep from binding. It sounds like you may have a slight binding issue and/or it could be the poly bushings as they are notoriously loud and its hard to keep them from squeaking.Just a couple of ideas you could check.

It ended up being a Delum end link on one of the upper bars.

Do you have the valving set on a very stiff setting? I have run across a few that will squeek through the shock valving at higher adjustments. Try backing the valving off a few clicks and see if it goes away. QA1's will occasionally do the same. They have actually add a small oring inside the valving spring to eliminate the noise.

It ended up being one of the Delum rod ends that was doing all of the squeaking.

That doesn't seem to be an uncommon problem with those type of bushings. The reason I suggested the running of the thrust bearings and washers is kind of the same thinking behind low friction ball joints.Anything you can do to decrease drag in as many points of your suspension as possible the more accurate your actual spring rates and the damping of your shocks.which in turn creates better ride and handling characteristics.Glad it was something simple and pretty cheap.
