1966 c-10

Its been awhile since i been on here but i sold my Tacoma that i had a thread on here and just recently bought a 66 c-10 big window truck. Its a long bed but I'm converting it to a short bed. I started drawing the chassis its going to have a .750 bodydrop on a full tubed chassis with 22" centerline smoothie wheels.

I'm getting pretty close to building the frame, just have to extend my jig table and i been converting my tube bender to hydraulic to make life a little easier..

Your frame looks to be coming along nicely.

My first "car" and first hot rod was a 64 C10. Went through several rounds of motors, trans, rear ends with that thing!! I got it to high 12's in the quarter which I was pretty proud of at the time.

Had to mod the headers I bought to match the driver side since it was diving right into to my k-member. Its a very crude fixture but it got the job done

I remember your last build here and being quite impressed. This one is even better since I have always wanted a 60's C10. Beautiful fab work.
