sometimes if you buy from them at a car show it could save you a couple hundred plus avoid the shipping if they have one in the rig. Not sure Dealers can list prices that are under jobber.

Check with Billy Utley(72NovaDriver on here) at B&B Classics. (http://www.bbclassicsinc.com/) I've gotten most all of my DSE parts from him and it's been great.

I purchased my subframe direct from DSE. No one can give you better support than the manufacturer and DSE has been great to work with.

Does DSE not support folks who buy their parts from their authorized dealers? Hard to imagine that would be the case....

That has certainly been my experience. i even received good tech support when I had questions about a part I bought from an individual. I was just curious why so many seem to feel that DSE parts should be purchased directly from DSE.

Not speaking about DSE in particular but many times you can get a better price through a dealer because it is not good business for a company to undercut their dealers on price.

You will get the same level of customer service from DSE no matter where you buy it. Going through a dealer should net you a better price and as mentioned earlier in this thread timing your purchase to align with a future show they will be at will save you big $$$ on shipping.

DSE does not allow for thier products to be discounted. However you will find shipping deals through some vendors and we also give a small cash discount if we do not have to pay cc fees. you should get good support through any of their dealers, they don't just let anyone in become a dealer

very well said by many of you guys I know dse has a great support team regardless I have called a few times and been very helpful and by all means they're parts are second to none.
been doing a bit of research with the help and imput from you guys and yes I can get a bit of a better deal from a dealer / vendor and mostly only on shipping charges and I commend DSE for being loyal to they're dealers and not under cutting them.
thanks for the help
