Hello every one. Even though I have not posted for a while, I still admire the site. It simply gets better and better every time I review it.

Unfortunately I have been in ill health. Severe heart issues. I have dilated cardiomyopathy. It beats me up pretty good.

I haven't shown the GTO in years. However I still own it. When it does come outside the garage I now have my 23 year old son drive me around town in the car.

Hope to post more often now that it appears that the doctors have me on the correct medication with the proper dose.

Hello Roger, yeah it seems to have been almost 2 1/2 years since your last post. Anyway welcome back brother. For those of us, like myself, who have never seen the car can you post a pic or two? Nontheless, the most important thing is that your health is improvong and you are feeling better. Praise GOD brother. Continue to stay healthy and welcome back.

Hey Roger, I still maintain your Goat is the wickedest 69 I have ever seen. Still just as bad ass as the first time I saw it in person at Bill Howell's pad in Pigeon Forge a few years back.

Good to see you back buddy. Stay healthy.

Yeah guys the disease dilated cardiomyopathy hit me hard in 2007. I actually started to become ill at the end of my build in 2006 I just didn't understand the systems.

I'm fighting constant fatigue, exhaustion, shortness of breath. I have an impaired ability to be active or exercise. It takes some effort just typing these words out or walking around the house. :(

Unfortunately because of other health issues I am not a candidate for a heart transplant.

The good news I have now become a CNN JUNKIE, Movie JUNKIE, etc. That takes up most of my days now.

Roger,

I can't speak for every one here. But I will tell you that I have a great deal of respect for you.Although you've been knocked on your ass, you don't complain and take the hand you've been dealt. I think every man could take a lesson from your ordeal, knowing there is always some other dude that has it worse than most. I've been reminded of it again just today, by a dude named Roger.

Hang in there buddy, I'm pullin' for you.

I recall your post as well. Your a big Pontiac fan if I remember correctly.
You own a Firebird. Correct?

Datsbad, I wish you and your staff nothing but the best! Your web site is awesome. I could spent a day there just checking it out. High marks as usual.

Novanutcase: Your ride is way over the top to say the least. Get the darn thing finished please... It's to the point now no company is going to insure it.

AS LONG AS I'M HAVING GOOD DAYS I WILL TRY TO POST.
