I'm not sure if this is in the correct section, but here it goes.

I'm about to smooth my firewall on my 67 Camaro, and plan on getting a vintage air unit at a later time. I'll probably get a bulkhead connector and install it before I paint the firewall.
My question is, how does the vintage air unit mount on the inside of the firewall? I was hoping for a template of the studs needed to mount it, so that I could get that setup before finish smoothing and painting the firewall.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks,
Josh

Found the instructions on the Vintage Air site. It looks like you only use one of the existing holes that held the old heater box on the firewall.

I'll weld in some threaded bar or a bolt on the firewall so I can use it to later install the vintage air evaporator unit.
