Sperg - Justa sugestion here. Pull that front clip/bakes out and use it in the 69 build. It will prob only cost you 50% of the bump in sales price of your 68 and you might save some $$$ in the long run?

With new 2011 24 foot enclosed trailer for $ 42,000.00
2 questions.
1- does the car require a cowl hood that tall, or not?
2- looking at one of the pictures it seems the rear axle isnt sitting in the center of the rear wheel wells, is that an illusion or has the rear axle setup been moved?

Not to speak for our good friend Sperg, but the DSE Quadralink allows for easy adjustment of rearend location, provided locating pockets and perches were installed correctly. Pockets are a no-brainer based on install templates. Rear end perches may be a diff animal if not located (clocked) correctly.
Prob is fine, but buyer should inspect. This is a helluva car for the $$$...

I'm not knocking the car at all!! The rear just looks off in the side shot on eBay. If he still has it and I sell mine... I'm heading to Tx lol ! OR maybe Ron can talk him into going drag racing and he and I can trade, ok ok wishfull thinking LOL ;)

^ I know Bro. I hope you find a way to buy it. I would if I wasn't up to my neck already! BTW, I spoke to Brad yesterday. Now I remember who you are! Tell Bob-o Ron w the Warlock says hi. He'll remember the blown 604..
Zachary assured me there is no alignment or off center issue with the rear rear/end of the car. I'm picking up the car and trailer Tuesday and I am confident everthing will be fine. I'm planning on taking out the BBC and dropping in the supercharged LS3 (avatar). Thanks Zach!
Ok I realize what you guys mean, the wheel is more forward to the wheel well than being centered. I will be sure to look at that, thanks for the heads up.

I'd be interested in that heavy old next to worthless big block, ;) .
Sure thing Mark, I will price it to sell quickly. I might even sell the trans (and related items) and go 6 speed auto, I am not sure yet though.
I also realize what you guys mean about axle not being centered. It doesn't look centered in the wheel well, it looks to be more forward. Thanks for pointing that out, I had noticed but thought it was because the rear ride height is a bit high and needed to be lowered.

incorrect pinion angle could be the cause of that.
Seller stated no vibrations from at any speed from the drivetrain and driveline so I assumed the p angle was correct. Maybe the brackets were welded on incorrectly or spring pockets.

Great buy Frank! With an LS motor and a 6L80, it will be a very nice PT car.
