I sent the Camaro back to Shadowman http://www.discovery-automotive.com/portal/
He and Tony from Florida (Big time tuner) were tuning a couple Ford Gt's.. and Tony was actually going to remote tune my car from afar.. but since he was flying into Shadowmans place... i shipped the car up for a couple days.
Well.... the new numbers are on 91 octane. The boost level on the wastegates (lowest power level) was 8lbs(7.8) to be excact.
the last pull was at 11lbs of boost on 91 octane as well. That is the "mid level" boost.
If i want to throw some race gas in there.. i can bump it up a couple more pounds.. but will ultimately need bigger injectors. I told the guys..."nah.. lol.. thats plenty of power!!"
845rwhp at 8 lbs
901rwhp at 11lbs
Here are the new graphs....

Dude, that's just a monster... flat out! :woot:
What were the previous numbers?
And it looks like they shut down the pull well before 6k rpm on that final graph?

The previous number was 760rwhp. The tune had just never "really" been dialed in. It was the "get to Sema" tune...haha. It had been almost two years.
Im waiting to get the rest of the graphs.. thats all i got for now. There is some video coming too.

On race gas I'm pretty sure your engine would lose more power through the drivetrain than my Mustang has

Thanks Josh, is it still 6.0L or is it stroked? What compression is it running?

Josh - does Shadowman call your car a 'Gal'?
(supposedly his trademark)

She looks great in the video. It like seeing one of your kids again after they moved away to school! Now you just need to let me see how she likes the autocross:thumbsup: I'm glad the engine combo turned out so well...probably one of the best overall stock block LSX's ever IMO!

He calls all the cars he works on "gals". I can not put into words how much he likes, respects, and appreciates working on cars. Its a shame that Ray Hoffman, SP Engineering(lambo power), and the goons that jump on there *****, i mean bandwagon, ruined a reputation of a real enthusiast and artist.

Tony G wants me to take it to the mile event here in cali next spring. After spending a ton of time behind the wheel.. he thinks it would go over 200. I'll give you the keys.. and you should give her a pass. (She probably won't tech for 200... but just do it... we'll get kicked out.. but at least we can viral the snot out of it!! lol.

I can respect your loyalty and the friendship you share w Shadow. He obviously does good work and cares about his craft. Not everyone believes what they read on the 'interweb', but the 'Gal' thing is kinda funny....
On another note, it would be so cool to see a safe run in your beast @ 200. I would think a little prep is in order?

Hey, all this talk about the Camaro and I almost forgot about your new grocery getter. I want a ride in that too. And, while it might not be a pro-touring car, I think everyone on here would love to see it.

Thanks... But if you knew the whole story and the vendor wars that led to why "they" threw him under the bus when in fact there was a mechanical failure according to the police report... And if you read the write ups in autoweek about it.... You would understand it's nit about loyalty at all... It's about greed and power. It all started with Shadowman being the only US distributor of Kriessieg(sp) exhaust. And that upset SP who owns Lambo Power.
Matt... Your referring about my E55 that eats Lambo Murcis for dinner. Lol. I'll post the video if people are good with highway runs......

Yes, please post. Been looking at these for awhile as my next DD... such an incredible car that can be had for around $30k in excellent condition, many with an extended warranty.
I am sure yours is well modded, eh Josh. :unibrow:

Josh - maybe you misread or misunderstood what I was saying? I was complimenting you on standing up for and by your friend which in my book is good trait. I also thought his use of the Gal word is a funny trademark. The way you wrote your response, it says you stand up for him beacuase he was wronged? Of the underpinnings and events, I care not either way, Bro. Let's drop it and move onto discussing your killer car, ok?
