They sell it new and it fits good. You can get it through camaros and classics, I think for a little over $300.

The inner cowl is not easy to get out. I would guess it won't save you much to get it from a parts car. They are available also through classic industries. The firewall itself you can probably have someone cut out a section you need as it doesn't look like you need the whole thing. I know that there are some new firewall pieces available, like the drivers toe area but not sure what all you need.

Thanks for the suggestions. I know that upper cowl piece is available from several vendors but I was seeing if anyone happened to have one.

Fortunately on the car the inner upper cowl is okay but the outer part is in pretty bad shape.
