Hiya guys,
Just thought I would share with you what I am building at the moment.
RHD 67 Camaro with a new worked 540ci BBC, 4L80e trannie, 9inch diff with 3.73, DSE minitubs, g link rear, DSE front, power R&P and she has been diamond blasted/primed here locally and sitting on my hoist while I do some extra mods to her body. Im just waiting on some parts then I can get her into my friends spray booth and give her a killer paint job. Basically gonna go with the same paint scheme as before with a shade extra darkness added to the mix. Exciting stuff. I have a couple of old pics before and during rebuild phase, I will have to take some more pics and upload. She use to have a 468ci coupled to a 5spd tremec....I know I had lots of fun with that setup for a few years but the engine was long in the tooth, and the car started to show some rust.

Got my pics sorted so here are some. Im going to make it into a custom type Camaro as it is not an RS or SS. My wife loved the paint it had before and I was in a world of s#@t when I had it blasted and primed, but like I said before it was starting to show rust and cracks in the window corners. I go by the rule that if your gonna spend a lot of dough on the drive train you have to spend at least the equal amount on the body and paint work as well. The stage that I am at right now is probably the most depressing, cos I know I am at least a year away from turning the key. I am crop and renewing sections of rusted panels at the moment, and I currently have my eye on those nasty drip rails.

Updated pics, gonna tear out the crappy fire wall and use it as a template to knock up a new one. Still waiting on $%#$ parts from the US as well. House of kolor paint job will be one off custom color. Exciting times ahead and some swearing as well.

Nice Project, I like your BB setup .... I noticed you had a rack and pinion with the stock front end, is it homemade or a companies?
Keep the pictures coming.

Yeah younger brother and me built the 540 about a year ago, that was the fun part. R&P was purchased from a company called American Online Imports with an engineering certificate. I was going to use a rack and pinion of a Holden Commodore (Aussie made car)and modify it to fit. Only problem is that the powers to be over here would be giving me a hard time getting the car passed to drive on Aussie roads.

Hey nice car! were you talking to Frank @ prodigy yesterday by chance?
I had phoned him but he had to cut me short because he was talking to someone down there.
Did you convert your car to rh drive or was it originally like that?

I have'nt spoken to Frank for a while, I have had a few hassles with Frank regarding parts that were paid for but not delivered for the last year and a half. He does have some friends over this way, unfortunately I am not one of them.
Regarding the RH conversion, it was done by the previous owner and what a horror job, i have a lot of work ahead of me.
