ta219,sorry didn't take much detail pics of process but i will say its not to difficult if welding skills are good.there are much hard areas to manage, but since your'e welding two flanges together not a bad place to improve ones skills.still have to take your time & move from side to side.i used about 6 clamps per side which drew the seam extremely tight.almost too thight, trunk lid gap almost to small at the very rear -1/8 but will be fine.my body man was impressed with my welds & gaps(1/8 to 3/16) not bad for my first build,it just takes time, patience.when i got tired or frustated i'd do best to go do something else or take a break.believe me i did a few things more than once .sorry i rattling on,but if have any other ? i'd be more than happy to share or try to help.jerry

dave, with just a small amount of trimming on the stock frame, both pcs. fit back in has factory.on the bottom part you just change the radius a little bit which the back part of seat covers whin installed.same with the back.relocate 1 pc. of the frame (about 1 1/2 "inward).with covers off the frames ,its quick to see what needs to be done.will not be many passengers back there, but down the road you never know.gotta go for now.jerry

The camtender probability had more roll overs while on the rotesserie than all that has been recorded in nascar history.I pray there will be no more.Thought I'd share a few pics while waiting for car to be painted.it's gonna be a long 2-3 weeks!!

Lookin' good. Your doing some fine work, you should be proud. Love the Shiner Beer poster in the background. I saw that and figured you had to be from Texas...then I noticed your location...
