Just finishing up a Wilwood 14" front and back kit and also a Wilwood brake master cylinder, question is should I be looking a getting a booster also or not really needed with a big brake kit? I see alot of cars with just the master cylinder so is it for a cleaner look on the fire wall over function?

If it were me, I'd go booster.

Ok well not to sound too prissy but any cool looking boosters that I might want to look at? I would like function and looks if possible:D

CLASSIC PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS HAVE NICE STUFF. I HAVE ALL THEIR FRONT STEERING PRODUCTS AND THE QUALITY IS GREAT!:D

I drove the car a short distance without a booster and it didn't seem that bad but I went ahead and bought a small 8" gold booster from Matt's Classic becuase we had to pick up a few other parts, $100 I figured I'd have it to try and if it makes a big difference I will find a nice one, maybe go hydro boost. Well see.....

Do you have enough vaccum for a booster? What bore master are you running?

I am still rocking a wicked super duper 307 2 barrel so I have vacume right now. But once I put a BBC I have sitting here on the stand (need to buy a tranny still) I should have vacume but not sure till I get that far. Still thinking about a LS swap so I am thinking of just doing a hydro boost and being done with it. I am playing with stuff above my head so I am still trying to learn the happy middle vs what I am planning to use as a complete reflecting package.

I have to re-check the bore size. I'll check the box tomorrow when I am back at work.

I would go with a hydraboost from Hydratech. Those aftermarket boosters have alot to be desired even with a stock cam.

You definitely need to step back and figure out all the details before you just throw on any old booster.

yeah if your master bore size is working with them right now without a booster then adding a booster to a manual sized bore master will not fair to well.
