I got a 69 Camaro that is being prepared to be shipped to me from the other side of the world.. The car will arrive in the Long Beach port.. Any information you guys can help with for the car to be released from US Customs if the car is not in the stock configuration or to specs? & while it visits the US & gets re-done.. Any other information I need to know to provide to US Customs?

Who is handlingthe freight? I would start with them as they should have a logisitics group to handle the customs piece upon arrival. Companies like Crown Relocations routinely handle international shipment of personal goods including vehicles.

you can call wallace laboratories in houston, they may be able to answer your questions or at least tell you who to call on the west coast.
