I WILL NOT PART THIS OUT !!!!!
So heres the deal... I bought another house and want to do a full remodel. My camaro is almost complete and not yet painted. The bodywork is done and it has been primed/polyed and blocked 4 separate times and is now ready to be sealed and sprayed. If someone buys it before they do the jambs they can choose the color, otherwise it will be black. I owe the body guy 800$ once its painted and I owe the interior guy another 3600$ which is beans for what is being done. Interior will have full metal painted console/dash front to rear, 2 seperate rear seats, recaro fronts, etc. I have drawings that will be given to serious buyers but I am not posting them until car is actually completed. I will also sell as a turn key completed car for 75K if anyone is interested.

Body:
Full rotissorie media blast
New Full floor
New Full Trunk
New Quarters
New RS Fenders
New Inner fender
New dash
DSE Mini tubs
Anvil carbon fiber hood $600
Anvil carbon Header Panel $125
Anvil carbon Cowl Panel $125
Anvil 100% carbon trunk $650
Anvil carbon spoiler $200
Fesler polished taillights $600
Fully electric Billet RS front end $1650
Prodigy Stainless bolt kit $200
Shaved/Smoothed front fenders (will show pics to serious buyers as I have never seen this done before so I do not want to post yet)
Shaved gas tank hole, marker lights
Body is laser straight. Camaros come stock with a bow in them. This one was modified to be 100% straight from fenders to doors. Metal was added around trunk and fenders to fit the Anvil carbon parts since they did not fit that well.
Underneath is undercoated
Trans tunnel was enlarged
Will be painted with Spies Hecker black or other color of choice
I have 70K in receipts/bodywork/paint parts and labor not including car. Body is perfect. Was building a 100pt show car not a race car.

Needs seats, door panels, headliner, gauges.
What it needs:
Gas tank
Air tank (or you can go back to coilovers)
Body wire harness
Radiator
Driveshaft
Exhaust
Gauges
Center section
Misc parts like door vents, striker bolts, fender braces etc.
I WILL NOT PART OUT. Asking 50K. Car is 90% done.
There is about 40K in parts. 30K in labor. And if you count the time it took to build it and wait for my parts its more $$$$. Im sure I am also forgetting stuff since my garage is full of parts to finish.
Asking 50K. Car is in Cloverdale, CA.

Ever heard of FHA loan?????
3.5% down
fixed low interest rate
Only catch is you have to have mortgage insurance. Makes the payment a couple few hundred dollars more a month. Its actually a pretty cool deal.

I do not qualify for a FHA loan since it is not my primary residence.

Doesn't need to be. I bought a 3rd home in Cali with an FHA loan. My primary residence is in MI.

Sorry for the off topic!!:lateral:
