I recently bought a '69 Camaro SS/RS with a '95 LT1 Vette motor(yes, I know it's a mid-90s swap but I have to live with it until I can get an LS) and tranny swapped in it. Question is:1)Do I get a shorty header for the '95 LT1 Vette motor OR do I get a header for a '69 Camaro SBC? 2) Looking to also buy a MagnaFlow #15896 exhaust 2.5" tubing. I'm new to this and never dealt with a swapped motor so I don't want any fitment issues. Thanks!

I would probably get a set of long tube camaro headers for a sbc. Reason being, most exhaust kits will include enough material and bends to connect to the long tube collectors, and in the case of shorties you will have to build down pipes.
A set of headers like dynatech's sbc camaro headers will give you a ton of clearance, AND they have a matching exhaust kit that fits great and bolts right up to their headers with only a couple trim cuts!
There are many other great brands out there as well. I know edelbrock has a kit that includes headers and exhaust.

These are good and have great ground clearance

Wow, an LT1 swap still in the car? How can you drive it? LOL Just kidding, like the others have said, you can use any small block chevy header designed for your chassis. One thing to find out is which frame mounts you have (the part that bolts to the frame and the motor mounts). There are a couple of different ones (width and height) and some headers won't fit well with one type of frame mount.
