With Trivia Questions, could it be arranged to post the questions at some predetermined time, so that people can make sure that they are on the board and ready to "play"?

That's a good idea, Rob. The next contest will last a month and people will have plenty of time to respond. The trivia that we'll be playing will be such that all people will have an equal chance, not just the first person to respond the minute it goes up. :)
