New from the Show-Me-State....VIN question..

Hey people!!
Happy to be here.
I just bought my 1st 69 X44 camaro basket and i am baffled by the Vin #.
The VIN# on title shows that this came out with a 6cyl engine but the title also states that it has a V8 with 51hp?

It's definitely a 6cylinder car by the vin.... States do some wierd stuff to titles , could have something to do with tax rate ?????
