Looks great, turbocharging is such a beautiful thing (both in theory and in practice).

What did you start with as a basis for the headers or are they completely custom? They look really nice and the turbos fit very nicely where they are. Would it be possible to keep the Air Conditioning unit, and also I have seen some headers on ebay, what did you think of those? I have had a couple of 3rd gens and I am itching for another one and it would really be nice to turbo it. Once again, nice work.

there 1 off headers and i plan on running A/C low on the pass side of the engine with a short water pump and a power steering pump on the head.
i have a set of the ebay one but with the large turbos im running i dident like where they sat (im running t-70's)

Would the ebay headers allow for all accessories to be in their normal location? If and when I ever do this, I will be going with smaller turbos so they should be adequate. Do you have any pics of the wheels that you have on the car? I can't tell much about them from the pics I have seen, it looks like the have a black center.

I would be worried about how close the exhaust side of the turbos are to the radiator tank. I would think a glowing red turbo that close to the tank would cook that coolant. Not trying to be negative but it is easier to address now versus later. Maybe someone that has done this before can chime in.

I do agree on the heat to radiator comment. I know my turbones get REAL hot. How much room is there??

These guys have a really good point. At a minimum, you are going to need some stout heat sheilds between the turbos and the radiator.

there is 2 inches of room i plan on getting the housings jet-hot coated and runnig heat sheilds over that. and if i still run into a problem ill just run one of those blankets under the heat sheild
