Carl's very cool 68 made the cover of Super Chevy this month. At this rate, he'll be a charter member of the Mr. Renner Media Club!

No cover shot, but here's a link to the article:

Congrats Carl....

Thanks everyone! Super Chevy must have just put this on-line very recently. The videos are very cool!

Yes, she's a porker.

As for trying to keep up with Mr. Renner? I have about a foot to go.

A big thank you goes out to Hotchkis for helping get the Camaro dialed in.

I'm a fan Carl, not so much of you but the RS is some pretty respectable stuff!:hail:

Seriously though, that is one inspiring ride for this '68 owner.

OH! Don't make me whip out my driving suit and go all Hollywood on you!

Actually, if all goes well there may be more of "me" early next month. I had to put my "bad a$$" look on for that one. Doug usually brings that out in me so maybe I shoud have brought him along on that one.

I ran across an issue of Camaro Performers from Summer 2002 where the RS tried on several types of footwear and her day to day shoes were 16x8's with 245/50's

 With your car running the wheelwell molding trim and all how do you fit so much front tire and wheel on there? Is there that much more room with the control arms?

It looks sinister ripping through the slalom with those meats on the front if you ask me.:woot:

Nice job Carl! You have given me some new inspiration for our '68. Sometimes less is more when it comes to modifications. Your ride just flat out works. Way to go!

Yep. That was the first time I ran with the Hotchkis gang. I learned there that I did not like 20/18" combos from a performance point of view.

Congrats Carl! You are well deserving of the ink.

My opinion of the old wheels resembles this look:

Hey Carl,
Congratulations on even more magazine coverage! You may be in the running for the most magazine coverage for a non-project car. Of course the coverage
is well-deserved. We know we’ll see more action with your Hotchkis (http://www.hotchkis.net/) upgrades and the new lighter engine package. Your car looked and performed great out
at the OUSCI event and drove away without huge flat-spots on the tires from the “Stop Challenge”.

Oh…and please don’t change your wheels to these 20/18's! The car looks killer as it sits.

How about more info/specs on the suspension pieces like the leaf springs?
