Well here is an update on the panel repair.
The trunk wasn't that bad, but I figured what the hell replace the whole thing with a full piece. Tail panel wasn't too bad either but they must of backed into stuff all the time it had alot of dings in it, so I'm replacing it.
Mini tub and DSE 4 link with Wayne Due C5 front end next.
That's what I call starting from scratch.
Keep us posted on the DSE quadra-link. I'd like to see how goes for you.

I did the same to my car. Only pieces I used from the original car was the rockers, cowl panel and filler panel between back glass and trunk.
Are you using NOS or repop stuff?

The GM nos stuff is getting real hard to find and the prices continue to climb. Good luck on your project
