I wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to Chad at Fletcher's Custom's:thumbsup: I ordered a 2nd Gen BMR Torque Arm setup with 9in for my 73 Firebird ("Maynard"). I travel alot and Chad has been working with me since Sep, he's answered all my questions (I had alot!!) and the price was alot better than I expected. Customer service is #1 for me and Chad has bent over backwards to ensure that everything is perfect. I just can't say enough good things about my experience with Fletcher's.

Chad you have all my Pro-Touring business:woot:

Glad I could help out. Order is processed and ball is rolling. Thanks again for all your help and info you gave me. Wish all customers were as detailed as you

Any time Chad. I keep telling my son and wife how lucky I am that after 15 years of having this car that I finally get to update the suspension with the help from some great people.

I'm glad Fletcher was good to you because I have waiting on my paid parts since Oct 23....or should I say that's when he charged my card. Of course I was told he would not charge my card until the parts were ready to ship out.

Chad was selling a few parts and I bought his Be Cool radiator set up and his fuel tank for $850 shipped. Now I am told on Dec 10 that the radiator will be shipped out the next Mon but the tank I can't have because it will be sold with the car. WTF? He told me he would refund my card for $500 but of course that hasn't been done either.

Chad's grandfather was in the hospital and I can understand how that can affect you, family does come first and I told him that but it seems those issues have been resolved.

My PM that I sent to Chad a few days ago is being ignored now, does that mean I will get no parts and I'm SOL on my money? Two months is being patient, especially when you take into account I will not even get all of the parts I paid for.

I whole heartedly agree, Chad is top shelf in my book.

Not sure how many different airports I talked to him for various bits and bobs that I needed for my project. Everything went off without a hitch.

Thanks Chad!
