The LS1 has found its place

Finally I am starting to get the engine in its place. It now has its right height. Today I placed it with the trans.

The coilcovers are from Holden, I don't know what model. I found them on eBay. I think they are cool, extra bonus is that they match my colortheme. The text on them says " 5.7L ALLOY V8 "

I have a T56 trans. I will build my own headers from Hooker J-bends, 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collectors.

Seeing your avatar I understand your irony :lol: I remember the appreciation I got from just that picture when I posted it here. I have to admit I waited for those chicks to walk in to the view just so I could make you starved guys happy :rofl:

I will try to top that next summer, have to talk with my daughter (She's 20) and recruit some of her blond friends to a photosession. :unibrow: :D
