Mother's decide to include our 57 Chevy truck known as the C6-57 into there Mother's Shine Choice awards last Wednesday at SEMA. We were honored to bring home pretty major hardware after SEMA both this year and last year.

Here is link to the Mother's shine choice award recipients and the Shine Award winner who is one of our own here in LAT-G.

Do you know what Will Hanzel is saying right now in his mind? "This Big SOB just completely stepped on and crush my right foot, I hope he does not drop this award on my other foot."

Thanks Guys, It is just an old farm truck that got the full lip stick treatment. I felt stupid to take it to SEMA twice, but When your in the Meguairs booth you have no chance at the Mother's award so I thought I would try it one more time before I get her ready to find another home.

Thank's guys, I had no idea the truck would turn out like it has. Let alone get 2 major awards at SEMA with it, If the guys at the Caterpillar dealership that I worked at when I bought it could see it now.

As far as a next project, I would "TRY" to build something not so nice so I would not be worried about thrashing it if I drive it. I really like that Packard we just finished, It rides and drives great and could be driven anywhere at any time. I would like a early 40's caddy cruiser and a super fast tri-5 or muscle car. As they would say, "One for getting the ladies and one for getting away from them."

I had quite a few calls, but nothing serious. I'm looking into Barret Jackson in Scottsdale in January.
