I have been looking into the ART air suspension setups for my 70 Chevelle. I plan on running a 19/20 combo on the car and want to be able to tuck them up into the body when im parked and stuff.

I have been looking at the shockwave, upper, lower control arm setup for the front, and the bolt in kit they make for the rear. Im interested in finding out if anyone is running one of their kits, how they like it, is it really a bolt in, and is there anything better out there for air ride.

Thanks in advance for the help

The front and rear are bolt-in, no welding. However on the front you will have to cut the outside of the frame pocket for Shockwave clearance.

i have air-ride stuff on my 70 chevelle. i have global west upper and lower control arms with the shockwaves though. the shockwave isn't 100% bolt on due to having to cut the spring mount out in the front, but other then that its strait forword.

Do you think the air ride strong arms, or the global west arms are a better choice?

I have not ever used the global west arms I'm sure they are a good product the ART arms are less expensive I think ($750) a set I think
