View Full Version : Selling Used or New stock Parts, what sites do you guys use?
Just curious where you guys have the best luck selling specific parts, in my case I have some new and used stock Nova parts (68-74) since I am really no longer into stock so much, I have been trying to sell some Nova parts - one site I have tried with zero luck is Stevesnova.com I also notice after awhile the post gets deleted:question: not sure why, I have plenty of posts and been a member there a while and had no issues, dont get me wrong, good site just doesnt seem to work to sell stuff there in my case and I do not think I am pricing the stuff to high.
So where do you guys go to sell more of your stock pieces for your Camaros, Nova's, Chevelles etc .... Craigslist, Ebay?
I would list them here but I am pretty sure no one is looking for 3 - 14 inch rally Nova wheels (as an example) but if you are hit me up!
Thanks for the feedback,

What condition are they in? Do you have the trim rings/caps? I may be interested in them can you send me some pics? I'm supposed to be heading down to LA in a week or two maybe I can pick them up if everything works out.

Ebay, but do a serach of past auction to where to price your stuff. That way if you think it is worth more than what it has sold for on ebay you don't have to waste time on those parts, and it works the other way to maybe you think they are not worth much but WOW look what someone paid for that.

Thanks for the tips, I did that and it is helpful, I am having some trouble getting the correct shipping weight and price, it gives me a shipping price of 26.00 for shipping three wheels and I know thats not right, cannot see where to change that to show an estimated TOTAL weight for the wheels.

on the shipping--2 ways i do it--state that shipping will be actual cost-most legit buyers will trust u on this--or take the wheels and figure box size and weight--then check a zip code across the country from u for the shipping with your local shipper--I do this alot a set a shipping price for all lower 48 --most buyers will jump on the product if it's priced fair and they know the shipping up front--I have missed the shipping a couple of times but usually it's on the money or in my favor--without ripping anybody !! my 2 cents jim
