Question on setting the ride height: I understand that the lower A-arms should be level at ride height, but where on the stock arms do I need to measure? I saw that there is a raised and kind of flat area on the rear side of the A-arm...is that the place?

For now, I'm using stock A-arms. Would it be better for me to set it up using the camber settings? If so, I've read that the camber should be around 0.5 deg negative - is that correct?

Welcome to the board Mike, the way things are measured with suspension it is from point to point, the shap of anything in between those two points is irrelevent, the way you would check to see how level your lower A-arm is would be to have the car sitting on a level surface on it's wheels, measure the height of the inner pivot point (A-arm bushing) and the height of the ball joint pivot, if they are the same your A-arm is level.
