I have a very nice 12 bolt out of a 70 model Camaro that is currently under my 69. It was installed prior to me purchasing the vehicle but is obviously very fresh. I spoke with the previous owner that installed it, said he installed new gears (thinks they were Yukon), new Auburn posi, bearings, seals, etc. and it should have less than 5000 miles.
Obviously it's 1" wider than a stock 69 version so either I'm going to sell or narrow it as I have tire rub. Just hate to narrow such a rare unit. I don't really need a 12 bolt, may go with an 8.5 or a Moser if I have to. The spring perches were relocated very cleanly for my 69, no cuts, gouges or grooves in the tubes.
No brakes.
