A very close friend of mine is selling his M3, so I thought I'd help him out by posting it here. I can attest to the shape of the car. He's owned and meticulously cared for it for the past 10 years. All the modifications on the car were done by Dinan, and he purchased the car as it is now (except the wheels) from Long Beach BMW.

Bump for a sweet car, good luck with the sale. I had a Cosmos '97 Dinan M3, S1 though, so naturally aspirated. That was the most fun a guy could have with 275hp on this earth. This would make a great track day toy especially with all that extra power.

I imagine he's already got it up on bimmerforums, etc., if not, they have a pretty big E36 crowd.

I had a plain jane 97' cosmos. It's the ONLY car I have EVER regretted, getting rid of! :censored:

That car is absurdly fun. It's a shame he wants to sell it.
I'll let him know to post it on bimmerforums if he hasn't already.

Thanks guys!

That's a nice looking E36. I've both an E36 and E46 M3 and loved them both. Really great cars.

Hey guys. I'm the one selling the car. I've lowered the asking price to $17k.

Here's some videos I just took of my car yesterday...

The switch that I flick on and off is for the hard-wired radar detector. It's not actually in the car right now but the wire I show at the bottom left of the windshield is where it usually sits. It works great. Also, the cable I pull out from the same area as the switch is what I use to connect my iPod.

The clicking noise in the exhaust isn't noticeable in person because of the bass of the exhaust. The camera can't seem to pick up the bass well.
