I started stripping the paint on my driver's door the other day and found that it's got a ton of bondo on it. It looks in pretty rough shape and I'm leaning towards new doors or door skins. I was hoping to get some Auto Metal Direct ones but they have no plans for doors right now and their door skins are about 6 months away. I see Goodmark has door shells but I'm leery to use Goodmark from all the bad things I've heard over the past few months. I see Classic Industries has door shells also for about the same price as Goodmark. Yearone also has some, but they want $600/side for them ($400 other places). What aftermarket doors have you guys used and how did you find they fit. I realized that no aftermarket door will fit like stock and will need some work, but some may fit better than others. For those that don't know my build, it's a 68 Acadian (Nova). Thanks.

I agree, if the shell is relatively OK just get a skin. It is a relatively easy panel to install.

Thanks guys. I'm pretty sure the shells are in good shape. I need to strip the bottoms a little more to confirm, but I'm sure they are. I see Goodmark has skins for half the price. Have you had any experience using the Goodmark skins. Thanks again.

I used a Goodmark skin for my 69 Camaro. I had no problems with it.
