It's time to sell my SS. I've had it for 19 years so it's time to let it go. :)
I'm going to put it up on the Denver Craigslist this weekend so if you or anyone you know on the Front range is looking for a nice one let me know.
Here's how the ad will appear:

1985 Monte Carlo SS. $6800

White with Maroon interior. Bucket seats, Console, A/C, Tilt Wheel and Tinted Glass.
305 V8 (L69) with 200-4R (CZF) transmission. 7.625 10 bolt non-posi. 155K miles.

This is not a beater. Good, solid and dependable. Everything is there plus some extras.
I’ve had the car since May, 1991 so I know it pretty well inside and out. I’ve kept up all the maintenance since I’ve had it; if something needed replaced, repaired or serviced I took care of it. I drive it at least once every week or 2. I took it to Chama, NM (900 miles) in June, 2007 after the motor was done. It was my daily driver till September, 2007. No snow; rain a couple of times since the recent paint work (12/08). I have a copy of the original Dealer’s Invoice, Owner’s and Shop manuals, and the GM Restoration Package.

Please, Serious Inquiries Only, No Trades.

* SC&C parts (look under 78-88 G Body): http://scandc.com/productsbymodel.htm

Some not as good:
The driver’s seat has a tear in the vinyl on the left side and a cigarette burn in the insert the top of the rear seat back is faded but there has been window tint to protect it all these years. I have enough of the ’85 cloth to redo all of the inserts. There is surface rust around the windshield, ¼ and rear windows. The nose has scuffs and scratches. The timing cover seal has a small seep.

Serious Inquiries Only, No Trades. $6800. Larry.

If you're interested, and out of state, and would like someone local here to check it out that'd be fine. I also have it up on RacingJunk.
