factory code 19 starlight black, black standard interior 1977 Pontiac Trans Am hardtop. Has a dealer installed service replacement 400 block with original heads and TH350 transmission and 3.23 rear. I purchased the car about 2 years ago and it was repainted last fall in Dupont base/clear paint. Excellent driver quality paint. I had vinyl custom decals made to mimic the birds on the Year One BRE car. The nose Pontiac emblem hole was filled in. It has the flush mounted ABS fender flairs from Year One, and their 17x9 cast aluminum snowlfakes with brand new Hankook Ventus 275/40/17 tires all the way around, new center caps and chrome lugnuts. Almost*$2000 just*in the wheels, tires and accessories.*1" progressive rate lowering front springs, Addco rear sway bar, new shocks, new alternator, new water pump, new distributor, new starter, new battery, all 4 new sylvania silver star headlights, led tail*lamps,*tomahawk single plane aluminum intake manifold, edelbrock 4bbl carb, engine was rebuilt by previous owner with a cam upgrade. Does leak a little oil out of the rear, probably the main seal. Just put a new 80lb*melling oil pump in it*just for peace of mind.*Idles at 60 psi at 180* in the middle of*traffic in July heat.*Front brakes were just redone with new calipers. 3" Flowmaster*dual exhaust with 3" stainless steel Pypes splitter tips.*New Pioneer CD player, all original interior in nice shape. Brand new silver centered LeCarra*leather wrapped Trans Am steering*wheel. (I will add*interior pictures ASAP).*Dash was cracked so I put one of those cheap caps on it and it's starting to peel off. I'd have another one put on or it needs to be redone. All gauges work except the tach and clock. Car is damn near rust free. Has some very minor rust in the front floor pan. Fenders, trunk, door, hood, decklid are all great. Front core support is fine too. None of that typical leaky battery rust. I've driven it 400 miles one way many times, just returned from a 300 mile round trip from Georgia in it. I'm finishing up a frame off restoration on a '78 now so I really don't need 2 of them. I would consider a trade on a nice 04-06 GTO. $11,500. I'll post pictures shortly. Email me at [email protected]
