Somethin new from me rather than the revisited stuff. I'm sure you guys can see all the changes so I won't elaborate. Let me hear your thoughts!

Looks good. Actually, looks A LOT better than what they have on the road at the moment. I'm not really feeling the '10's at all. It's like a box on wheels, in my opinion.

Yeah I kinda left it hangin there for awhile but I'm glad you stayed with it!

I like the Camaro, I'd still buy a Mustang (if I were going to buy something like that). The Camaro has some cool design going on and IMO, from a design standpoint, it actually updated the retro part into a modern car rather than just duplicating them in different proportions like that one car *cough* Challenger *cough*. But they are a box on wheels and lots of new cars are. I'm not sure if it's fair to blame the designers or the safety features or both or something else but I agree anyway. The first 2 things that come to mind that make it look even more like a box are huge, truncated wheel openings that engulf the entire side of the car; and short nose (we all know how much dead space there is between our grille and rad or rad and engine in our old cars - not today). So those are the first 2 things I tackled and that is the reasoning behind the result. The nose is stretched probably an inch and a half and then the lower valance is obviously pushed in just as much from stock, or more. I think that takes a lot of the bulky look out of the front. And if I were at GM rebuilding this thing I'd make it real simple - if it's supposed to stick out, make it stick out more and the opposite for everything else. Fender flares, the rear "hip", the nose etc would just be stretched a little. Then take everything else and shrink it down, take out the bulk. And as you can see I'd ditch most stick on crap. It's like they just keep adding on to the front valance until it is nearly touching the ground. Anyway, blah blah blah right?

I'm normally a "Clean Up Guy" myself. I prefer seeing the 06-09 Mustangs without spoilers...same goes for everything. I like a '67 Camaro better because they don't have them....with that said, it's really odd for me to say this, but I could see yours with one! haha, an update camaro spoiler would look good.

Other than that, I may have redesigned the rally wheel.

I'm the same way with design, too many people bash the Camaro, I love it, because it's not EXACTLY the same design.

Great job Man!

That's interesting because you're the second person to say something about the rally wheels. I might have to go there. I think it's a balance thing with spoilers. New cars have so much stuff goin on front and rear that removing stuff/spoilers is an easy way to balance the car. Maybe since I removed so much from the front a rear spoiler would balance it out?

I think you have it balanced perfectly already. I just feel it would also look good with a spoiler. Like I said, an updated one, maybe something that matches your small black chin splitter...Have you seen the Ringbrothers '64 Fairlane? It has something similar to what I'm thinking.

Just got my issue of PHR a couple days ago. That Fairlane is somethin else. Maybe I'll do a rear view of this car. The rear end needs some work I think too and would show the spoiler better.

I like it, but the wheels have to go. (And, don't anyone hate me for this, please, but when I look at it from the windshield back it has a very strong resemblance to the new Challenger - in my opinion. Maybe it's just the color?)

Won't be any hatin from me - you see what you see and that's cool by me. I guess some people don't like the Camaro wheels - I think they're pretty slick. The only think I don't like, and this goes for every newer American car on the road just about, is that the spokes come out to the lip ... no dish. But I wanted a factory look to this design ... like maybe something Chevy could actually produce.

And about the Challenger thing, I dunno what to tell you about that. It's all Camaro, I just changed the wheel wells. I'm fairly confident that they are unmistakably 69 Camaro. I didn't alter and rear body proportions. The color is based on the Hennessey Camaro metallic orange that I found digging through Google but orange is orange I guess and most of the first Challengers released were orange. To me no single color belongs on any single car so they don't bring up any visual ties for me really. I mean if something is going to be "plum crazy" it should probably be on a MOPAR but beyond unique factory colors like that it's fair game.
