View Full Version : 2010 Camaro Stripe packages on a 1969??

I have seen a few 2010's rolling around with both the hockey stick and the hood stripes like the 69 SS amd Z28's had standard. Do you think that theme would translate to a 1969 or is it too much? Pleae excuse the crude photoshop.

I dont think the white stripe looks bad, do it and if you dont like it then you can just paint the entire car like you want.

I thought it was a little busy as well. The other option is to go over the white stripes with a single stripe and do the hockey sticks like the 2010. It was something that came to mind when I saw this orange 2010 today and I thought I would put the idea out there and see what the community thought. It appears we have a consensus.;)

My Uncle repainted his 1970 442 clone like that 6 years ago.
Now I own it. But it's the same deal.
Not sure i like it on the 1st gen though.
