Would love to see your auto shifter setups in your 69 Camaros. All the sweet looking set ups are always manual transmissions. I'm sure alot of you guys have nice set ups that accomodate a automatic trans.

There are some other nice options out there like a C5 shifter or a F150 Shifter thats fits great with a little fab work.

Its the fiberglass dash from Marquez Design. Its easy to mount in it. I made my own brackets.

Just cut the hole and mount some brackets on the back side.

Good job on that polished bezel, did you clear that as well? Not sure what were doing with mine yet but the raw aluminum seemed to finger print real easy. Nice Job:cheers: Wait a minute, Don't you work on an oil rig? If so thanks for all the help on my install, Good to see you here.

Yes that is me. Car is finished and my buddy took it back to colorado.

We had the bezel chromed. Same thing on the smearing. We tried to powdercoat it clear but did not like it. The chrome is alot better.

Dont powdercoat the glove box either. The magnets will get demagnetized. We had to get new ones. How is your car coming???

Here is a picture of where the vin plate is. I wanted to put it on the front slanted part of the dash but we used the flush fit glass. I tried to scrap off the black paint on the glass but it is ceramic paint. A razor blade would not touch it. I just cut a nice hole and taped it to the back off the dash with silver air conditioning tape.
