Any ideas on a satin paint (low gloss) that will work on the dash. Of course without spending $100.00. I found this option which looks like it might work.

Any low cost ideas that will hold up??

I have no experience with that product but looks like it may work....call them. I used SEM's Hotrod Black...but that's the $100 your trying to avoid. I am using that on a number of areas like touching up around light bezels,etc. Anyway, some people just use the spray can rustoleum satin black and say it holds up fine.

I've had great results using the semi-gloss (satin) black from my local Caterpillar Tractor dealer. It's tough and it touches up nicely.

X2 this is a great product!! It's catylized it'll will hold up well in many conditions. Remember theirs alway time to do it wright the second time!!!
