Thanks Guys!

She's been off the road for a while for the motor rebuild (new specs above) and the coil over add on w/the Baer brakes, new gauges in the interior, & some fiberglass parts (front fenders, rear deck lid, front bumper etc). The car and I used to be at 4200 lbs w/the stock cast iron heads & manifold and the stock steel body parts. She went on quite the diet (now the car & I are 3975 lbs)!! I won't have it back until the snow thaws in spring. Then I will have to redo the paint.

I also have to say thanks to Scott. I sent him pics and a tech sheet on my car this afternoon and he's already created a web page for me in MEMBERS.

Sweet lookin' ride! :thumbsup: I also have a '72 442, here are a couple of pics. It's not done yet.... may NEVER be done! :( Still, I keep workin'!
BTW, what size wheels and what backset? I haven't done wheels yet.

Thanks guys! Good to hear from other Olds members.

Bill here's my info on the wheels/tires:

Front Tires/rims- American Racing Torque Thrust IIs 18x8 rims (4.5” BS)w/Nitto 555 255/45/18s 10”sw – 9”tw – 26.97”d

Rear Tires/rims- American Racing Torque Thrust IIs 18x10 rims (5.5” BS) w/Nitto 555r 305/45/18s drag radials 12.02”sw – 11”tw – 28.78”d -
note: had to roll the rear fenderwell lips (and chrome trim rings) & "message" the inner wheel well on one side to get these to fit....very tight.
